He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bartnick of Portage; his children, Traci Hohn (Scott) of Pardeeville and Scot Bartnick (Jody) of Pardeeville; his grandchildren, Brandon, Austin Hohn, Alaina and Aaron Bartnick; and his brother Mike Bartnick (Sharon) of Pardeeville. He is also survived by relatives; and many close friends.
