It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Cele Boockmeier of Portage, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Carroll and Mary Cecelia Bremner (Traut); and her husband Richard C. Boockmeier (Dick). She is survived by: her son Matthew; her grandchildren, Emma Grace, Sophia Carroll and Andy (Annie); and her great grandchildren, Bridget, Lillian and Theodore Boockmeier of Oak Park, IL. She is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church Endowment Fund.
