With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene A. McMillan (Portage, Wisconsin), born in Kewaunee, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 27, 2019 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marlene A. McMillan to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wencil Velicer and Lucille Velicer (Reynen); her husband John McMillan; her siblings, Grace Sager, Quentin Velicer and Myron Velicer; and her great grandchild Ezekiel Clingerman.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas Cibulka (Kim), Portage, Todd Cibulka (Shelly), Stuart Cibulka (Stephanie), Reed McMillan (James Macho), Sonja Noble (Jeffrey), Poynette, Robert McMillan (Toni) and Belleville; her grandchildren, Jeramia, Nicolas (Kristann), Troy (Elsie), Katrina Clingerman (Clint), Megan, Derek Cibulka, Hallie Kutz (Jacob), Emily, Joseph Cibulka, Sophia, Alexander Cibulka, Kara Noble, Christopher Noble (Nicole), Cassandra, Cody McMillan, Lucas and Tiffany Schade; and her sister Dolores Kuehl (Bill) of Gulf Breeze, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
