He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Scholes and Mary Scholes (Rood); his wife Janet Packard; his parents-in-law, Jay and Jessie Packard (Janet); and his sister-in-law JoAnn Timme.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Scholes (Mary) and Dorthey Watson (Jim); his grandsons, Jess Watson, Adam Scholes (Jeanna) and Nick Scholes; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Packard (Sara) and Jane Cruckson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other near relatives and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to an organization of your choice, or the Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin.
