He is survived by: his girlfriend Arlene; his siblings, Bruce (Eileen Murphy) and Stephanie Bush (Darren); his nieces, Kristin Matthews, Jessica Sawyer (Brian), Lindsay Feddersen (Griffin) and Whitney Bush; and his nephew Ian Bush.
