She is survived by: her spouses, Robert Johnson and Bob Johnson of Portage; her children, Kelly Nelson (Philip), Michael Szlapka (Meda), Andrew Szlapka (Brittany) and Kory; her stepchildren, Virginia Chapin (Josh), Kari Hardt Miller (Tyler), Joel Johnson, Kyle Johnson and Jason Hardt; her grandchildren, Kyler Nelson, Cayden Hamilton, Airiana Chapin, Hanna Chapin, Vera Johnson and Damian Johnson; her sisters, Jean Duecker, Kathy Murphy, Peggy Lane and Mary Ann Mlekush; her father William A. Murphy; and her stepmother Judy Murphy. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
