He is survived by: his children, Katherine Terry (Shane) of Rockford, IL, David Mills (Jennifer) of Deforest, WI and Daniel Mills (Heather) of Deforest, WI; his brother Jim Mills (Terry) of New Lisbon, WI; his grandchildren, Ashlynne, Delaynie, Connor, Brayden, Madilyn and Sam; and his cousin Pam Framarin (Armand). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
