He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Dessie; his grandson Joshua Dale Smith; and his brother Larry Mansfield. He is survived by: his son Jerry; his wife Barbara; his children, Ann Taylor (Nathan) and Michael Mansfield (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jeremy Smith (Caitlynn), Dylana Smith, Jacob Smith, Eloise Mansfield and Brodie Mansfield; and his siblings, Rita Crouch, Danny Mansfield (Loretta), Elaine Stinnett, Evelyn Curry (David), Karen Chabitch (Jim), Phil Mansfield (Kim), Harold Mansfield, Lynette McEndarfer, Anita DeMara and Joel Mansfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
