He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Natalie James (Steven) and Matthew Johnson (Kelly); his brother Dan Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Vince Fitzgerald, Georgia Fitzgerald and Gail Fitzgerald. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
