It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janette J. Turner of Portage, Wisconsin, born in Wonewoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Geier and Ann Geier; her siblings, Betty Fields, Jack Geier, Charlotte Reece and Gregory (Butch); and her sons, Jeffrey Snyder and Thomas Snyder.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Turner; her sisters, Dorothy Krueger, Rose Ruetten, Janice Byington (Chub) and Sherry Gardehl; her sons, Timothy Snyder (Karen) and Jason Snyder (Lori); her stepchildren, Mariann Held (Duane), Joseph Turner (Stacey), Jeffrey Turner (Adria) and Jamey Turner (Tonia); and her daughters-in-law, Carla and Vicky Snyder. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
In memory of Janette, memorial donations may be made to Saint Jude's, an organization close to her heart.
