He is survived by: his son-in-law Kory; his wife Terri Amend (Taylor) of Portage, WI.; his children, Lindsay McCarthy (Kory) and Erik Amend; his siblings, Joanne Van Wie, Tom Amend (Barb Chappell), Dan Amend (Michelle) and Tim Amend (Dawn); his sisters-in-law, Pam Amend and Peggy Amend; his mother-in-law Barbara Taylor; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Taylor (Donna) and Peter Taylor (Paula). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
