It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Steven Zimmerman (Portage, Wisconsin), born in Adams, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 4, 2019, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sheldon Zimmerman and Nancy Thiessen. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Zimmerman and Sonya Waite; his sons, Trevin and Bryce; and his grandfather Ronald Waite (Velna). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Donations may be given to the family for a memorial to be set up in Jacob's name.
