We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2020, at the age of 96, Hazel M. Patchin (Portage, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Gerstenkorn and Bonnie Gerstenkorn (Rasmussen); her husband Byron Patchin; and her brothers, Edward, Paul and Marion Gerstenkorn.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Brown (William) of St. George, Faye Benkert (Philip) of DeForest, Byron Patchin of Beaver Dam, Bruce Patchin (Rita) of Mesquite, Wayne Patchin (Jan) of Melbourne, Rory Patchin (Karen) of Roselle, Craig Patchin of Chicago and Sean Patchin (Ying) of Verona; and her sister Kay Gjavenis (Walter) of Portage. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 5 step-great grandchildren.
