He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heitke and Clara Heitke (Kingsley); and his grandson Justin Lentz. He is survived by: his wife Donna Simonson; his children, Terry Russell (Keith) of Cottage Grove, WI, Craig Heitke (Lisa Buchholtz) of Deforest and Connie Heitke-Lentz of Portage; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan Russell, Chad and Keana Lentz.
