Eugene DeNoyer Obituary

Eugene “Mike” DeNoyer, 93, passed away on December 2, 2020. He was born October 5, 1927 in Minocqua, Wisconsin, to Earl DeNoyer and Florence (McKellips) DeNoyer.

In order to serve during World War II, Mike received parental consent for an early military enlistment. Upon graduating from Minocqua High School, he joined the United States Marine Corps at age 17 and was later stationed in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater.

On October 9, 1950, Mike was united in marriage to Audrey Clawson at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Minocqua. Their union lasted for over 69 years.

Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey, and a sister and brother. He is survived by his children; Tom (Pam) DeNoyer, Larry (Mary) DeNoyer, Denise (Patrick) Neville, and Greg (Leah) DeNoyer; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held in Minocqua at a later date.
