With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth (Betty) R. Hinkley of Portage, Wisconsin, born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 12, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her children, Patty and John. She is survived by: her children, Jane Richards and James (Karen) of St Paul, MN. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Portage Center for the Arts or the International Crane Foundation.
