She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Lentz of Portage; her children, Robert D. Lentz of Portage, Brenda Lentz (Jim Pace) of Portage, Tim Lentz (Christina) and Jayson Lentz (Jolene) of Mayville; and her siblings, Elliott Monroe (Kay), Joni Daniels (Williams) and Lori Martos (Geno). She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
