He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Pohlkamp and Mary Pohlkamp (Lynch); his sister Rose Smith; his nephews, Cory Giagoletto and Sean Allen; his niece Kendra Pohlkamp; and his great-nephew Dakota.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Rylyne and Kenlie; his great grandchild Carter; his wife Patricia Annen; his children, Tracie Kayartz (Steve), Adam Pohlkamp (Natasha), Cory Pohlkamp and Bradley Pohlkamp; his grandchildren, Brody and Carter; his siblings, Julie Pohlkamp, Christine Biser (John), Colleen Peckham, Kevin Pohlkamp (Nan Jean), Mark Pohlkamp (Sue), Mary Allen, Joanne Sigmon (Preston) and Frank Pohlkamp, Jr. (Julia); and his brother-in-law Brian Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
