He was predeceased by: his parents, Jared Hazard and Alveretta Hazard; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Robson; and his children, Danielle (Brian), Heidi (Scott), Jason (Kim), Adam (Holly) and Matthew (Melissa). He is also survived by grandchildren, relatives and friends.
