She was predeceased by: her parents, Orine Pixley and Anna Pixley (Verch). She is survived by: her husband Franklin F. Cook; and her children, Franklin "Frankie", Bobette "Bobbie", Franklin D. Cook (Elizabeth) of Baraboo, Paulette Smalley (Daron) of Potrage, Bobette Hinz (Rory) of Hillpoint and Forrest Cook (Amy) of Waterford. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Wisconsin Assembly of the Church of God Camp.
