With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine H. Murphy (Portage, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 10, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Julius and Anna Sophia Weber (Gorman); her husband Russell; her daughter Rita Wicke; her siblings, Margaret Weber, Francis, Edward and Clifford Weber; and her siblings-in-law, Ken, Don, Jim Murphy, Alice Murphy, Marian Murphy and Marie Jirsa (Weber).
She is survived by: her children, Pat Scharch (Stan) of Madison, Jean Rader (Jim) of Naperville, IL, Ann Dundas (John) of Hales Corners, Steve Murphy (Lana) of Lake Mills and Julie Joosten (Steve) of Oak Creek; her son-in-law Greg Wicke of Cambridge; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Murphy (Kathy) and Audrey Murphy. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
