She was predeceased by: her parents, James Meekma and Grace Meekma (Buursma); her husband Wallace; and her sons, Stewart and Douglas.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Patricia Atkinson; her grandson Michael Atkinson (Traci); her great grandchildren, Madelyne and Maverick; her granddaughter Michelle Harmon (Cory); and her great grandchildren, Clayton and Carter. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
