It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Baker (Portage, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 29, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Smith and Kathleen Smith (Shea). She is survived by: her husband Bernard; her daughter Kathleen; her sister Virginia Zambrana (Smith); and her nieces, Caroleen Kelly and Julia George.
