He is survived by: his son William; his siblings, Debbie and Raymond Jr.; his children, Amy Johnston (Todd), Greg Cook, Scott Cook (Amy) and Brett Cook (Nancy); his grandchildren, Brittany Morrow (Jay), Luke Johnston, Joshua (Breena), Katie, Zachary, William, Jordan and Nicholas Cook; his great grandchildren, Paisley Morrow and Caroleena; and his siblings, Judy McNett, Charlotte Lee, Deb Walker, Barb Longstreet, Fran Isaacs and Robert Cook.
