She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Berger and Bernice Berger (Green); her brother Charles Berger; her brother-in-law James Lee; and her nephew Aaron Schmidt.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Schultz (Kari), Brian Schultz (Chrystin), Daniel Schultz (Katie) and Anthony Kulakowski (Fawn); her grandchildren, Brylee, Vance, Kynlee, Adalyn, Parker, Brielle, Jack and Alexander; and her siblings, Jane Lee, Patricia Purves (Harlan), Brian Berger (Debra), Kathleen Pinion (John) and Michelle Boelter. She is also survived by other relatives and many close friends.
