It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ashley Marie Slama (Portage, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rocky, Linda, Kit and Marge; and her brother Brandon.
She is survived by: her parents, Sarah Breezer (Steven Foley) and Terry Slama (Angie Braddock); her siblings, Matthew Foley (Chrissy), Victoria Heuer (Justin), Treyton Schommer and Hannah Foley; her grandparents, Debbie, Pat Harris, Ken Slama and Savannah Breezer; her aunt Tara Hoang (Ryan); her cousins, Rocky Breezer, Lucas and Justin; her nephew Maysen; and her nieces, Madelyn, Sierra, Addison, Brooklyn and Natalie.
