She was predeceased by: her parents, James P. O'Keefe and Margaret O'Keefe (Lynch); and her brother Robert. She is survived by: her siblings, James T. O'Keefe of Portage and Kathleen O'Keefe of Portage. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Agrace Hospice Care, or St. Mary's Catholic Church in Portage.
