He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Joseph and Florence Thill Sr. (Frechette); and his son Randy Thill (Mikel). He is survived by: his wife Regine; his daughter Denise Boehme (Michael); his grandchildren, Trevor Thill (Maddie), Zachary Thill (Amy) and Madelyn Thill; and his siblings, Dennis Thill, Gary Thill (Diana), Ricky Thill (Laurie), Joan Schierman and Marie Ernster (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
