It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol A. Smith of Port Wing, Wisconsin, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Larson and Ruth A. Larson (Madison); and her siblings, June Larson, Bette Hanson, John, Bill and Charlie Larson.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Polson, Tim Smith (Sue) and Shannon Smith (Flo); her grandchildren, Richard Pfankuch, Michael Pfankuch, Thaddeus Smith, Mitchell Smith, Armando Gutierrez and Adrian Gutierrez; and her great grandchildren, Desi McFaggan, Dalaney Webber, Luke Lannon, Dante McCarroll, Desiree McCarroll, Haily Lannon, Andi Pfankuch, Mickenzie Pfankuch, Johnny Pfankuch, Vicki Pfankuch, Tyson Smith, Sig Smith, Ayden Gutierrez, Axel Gutierrez, Aubrey Gutierrez and Amyia Gutierrez.
