He was predeceased by: his daughter Carol Zastrow (Darren) of Milwaukee, WI; his wife Nancy; his daughter Mary; his brother-in-law James Retzer (Esther); and his nephew Jeffery Stemper.
He is survived by: his parents, Lester W. Stemper and Mildred B. Noster Stemper; his granddaughters, Joan, Jessica and Jennifer Zastrow; his great grandchild Alexa; and his brother Carl Stemper (Marion) of Tomahawk, WI. He is also survived by nephews, other relatives and friends.
