Merton D. Lueptow Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Merton D. Lueptow (Port Washington, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2024 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton W. Lueptow and Elizabeth "Betty" Lueptow. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Larry Lueptow (Mary Jo), Thomas Lueptow and Lisa Klinski (Joe); his grandchildren, Patti, Jeremy, Erica, Danny, Tracy, Kayla and Danielle; his brother Wayne Lueptow (Marguerite); his sister-in-law Amelia Poole (Charles); and his stepchildren, Dan Creegan (Karen) and Kristi Creegan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
In 2006, Merton was named Port Washington Citizen of the Year in recognition of his valuable contributions to the community.
