He is survived by: his sons, Shad "Cheyenne" Maechtle (Emilie), Shawn Maechtle (Jacqueline) and Scott Maechtle (Lorie); his stepgrandsons, Jeff, Dustin, Nathan and Zachary; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Hailey, Kinsley and Kayson; and his sister-in-law Barbara Zacher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews' other relatives and friends.
