It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph G. Demler (Port Washington, Wisconsin), born in Fredonia, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John and Catherine Linden Demler; his sister Madeline Holland (Jack); and his siblings-in-law, Marie Schmit, Eugene Schmit (Pauline), Clifford Schmit, Pat, Marion and Wilfred Schmit (Helen).
He is survived by: his wife Therese Schmit of Lake Church; his children, Tom Demler (Mary) of West Bend, Steve Demler (Jill Gaskell) of Blanchardville and Catherine Demler of Port Washington; and his grandchildren, Harlan, Cora and Kevin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
