With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James A. Wester (Port Washington, Wisconsin), born in Belgium, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 21, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloys Wester and Rose Wester (Ansay); his granddaughter Serena; his siblings, Bert Wester (late Verena), Beatrice Krier (late Herb) and Blanche Thill (late Robert); and his brothers-in-law, Harvey Schmitz and Donald Schmitz (late Mary Margaret).
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Schmitz of Port Washington; his children, Gerald Wester of Grafton, Brian Wester (Kathy) of Cedarburg and Jean Cash (Curt) of Hartford; his grandchildren, Andrea Bosanec (Andy), Alyssa Ritger (Greg), Mike Wester, Emily Wester, Eric Wester (Erin) and Teri Hayes (Rick); his sister Mary Thill (Gordon) of Fredonia; and his sister-in-law Adeline Schmitz. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
