He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Gloede and Esther Arndt Gloede; and his brother Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Judy Biever Laubenstein of Fredonia; his sons, Randal (Keri) of West Bend, Mark (Kerry) of La Crosse and David (Irene) of San Francisco, CA.; and his grandchildren, Molly, Madison and Angela.
He suffered from Parkinson's for the last five years of his life.
