It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean McGinnis (Port Washington, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burl Bledsoe and Nellie Lee McCrivans Bledsoe; and her siblings, Ruby Lee Arendt, Jewel Flores, Brenda Barnekow, James Bledsoe and Willie Bledsoe.
She is survived by: her children, Garry McGinnis (Linda) and Natalie Dawn Robarge (John); and her siblings, Wylie Bledsoe (Jean), Chuck Bledsoe (Linda) and Linda Miller. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
