She was predeceased by: her spouse James Siems; her sons, Jack Siems, Brad Siems and Larry Siems; and her children-in-law, Jean Siems and Ken Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemarie Siems (Dan Kenison), Dan Siems (Gloria Stoflet), Mark Siems, Tina Johnson, Peggy Trickle, Ronnie Siems (Shelly) and Todd Siems; her grandchildren, Chrissy Johnson, Nikki Johnson, Michelle Eggett (William), Maci Siems, Trapper Trickle and Marley Siems; and her siblings, Mary Leach (Wendell), Gladys Vacha (Jerry), Jim Helmuth (Sue) and Joe Helmuth (Karlene).
