He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Schoechert and Marie Schoechert (Gilbert); his brother Herman (Mary); his son John Milton (Connie) of Bancroft; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Rash and Oliver Sparks.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Schoechert of Superior, Patricia Beyer (Roy Rottler) of Wisconsin Rapids and Brian (Lisa) of Prairie Farm, WI; his grandchildren, Joe Bottensek (Jess) of Plymouth, MN, Zachariah Rottler (Brittany Williams) of Tomah, Robyn Lings (Jordan) of Superior, Hannah Schoneberger (Erik) of Esko, MN, Kalen Schoechert of Wisconsin Rapids and Ted Schoechert of Rolla, MO.; his siblings, Roy Schoechert (Debbie) of Nekoosa, Chloe Manz of Brule, WI and Helen Sparks of Wisconsin Rapids; and his brother-in-law James Berg (Jill) of Arizona. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
