He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Martin and Grace Parker; and his siblings, Agnes Harshner (Charles), Gertrude Knuteson (Roy), Edgar Parker (Ruth), Arnold Parker (Esther Jean), Alfred Parker (Corrinne), Harry Parker (Frances) and Dick Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Elona Zolko; his children, Joan Aaseng (David), Janice Parker, Don Parker (Sharon) and Fred Jr. Parker (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jon, Joshua Aaseng, Rebecca Larson, Adam Parker, Sarah Larson, Amy Blackwell, Daniel Parker, Joseph Parker, Jenny Parker, Scottie Parker, Chris Brent and Andrew Shanahan; his sister-in-law Donna Parker (Dick); his daughter-in-law Anne Parker Work; and his caregivers, Jackie Brunet, Charlotte Russell, Colleen Yusten and Holly Cook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
