With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David J. Cervenka of Port Edwards, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 25, 2021 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David J. Cervenka to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cervenka and Sophia Cervenka (Kolash); and his parents-in-law, Clarence and Marjorie Hofrichter. He is survived by: his wife Mary Norrine Hofrichter; his children, Craig Cervenka (Maureen) of Delafield and Carrie Cervenka of Plover; his grandchildren, Katie and Sean Cervenka; and his siblings, Ronald Cervenka of Turlock and Dorothy Blegen of Janesville.

COVID restrictions will be recognized, Masks are required and social distancing observed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Port Edwards Lions Club, 1121 N Deer Ridge Dr., Port Edwards, WI 54469 or Trinity Lutheran Church, 990 3rd Street, Port Edwards, WI 54469.
