He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jagodzinski and Lorraine Jagodzinski (Van Asten); his parents-in-law, Merton and Louise Hartjes; his brother Jim Jagodzinski; and his nephew Kevin Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Connie S. Hartjes; his children, Dana Lex (Bob) of DePere, WI and Brian Jagodzinski (Terri) of Rosendale, WI; his granddaughters, Scout Lex and Zoey Lex; and his sisters, Donna Panko (Bob), Joy Kempen (Jim), Janie Hertel (Paul) and Sandy (Pat). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in David's name at a later date.
