He is survived by: his mother-in-law Kathleen Stephens; his pet Collier; his brother Chris Whitehead; his children, Michael Whitehead, Karen Haferman (Al), Rachael Whitehead (Cherie Glascock) and Sharon Whitehead (Dawn Urban); his grandchildren, Brady Haferman (Kim), Lindsay McMillin (Jeff), Jeff Haferman, Elizabeth Cooper and Christopher Whitehead; and his great grandchildren, Drew Haferman, Mason Haferman, Charlotte McMillin and Reese McMillin.
