He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Moen (Wojciechowski) and Leonard Moen; his wife Joanne Moen; his daughter Laura Hursh; and his siblings, Luella Day and Leonard Moen (Ronald Moen).
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Sickler (Steven) and Mary Jean Kresky; his grandchildren, Anna Sikorski (Nathan), Amanda Jean Kresky, Brooke Kresky, Billy Hursh (Hannah), Briannna Spindler (Cole) and Lauren Sickler (Kyle Dalpiaz); his siblings, Carol Hudacek (Ed) and Dennis Moen (Michelle); and his son-in-law Rob Hursh. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
