He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Mickle and Helen LeSarge (Kiger); his wife Mary Lou; his son LeRoy Jr.; his siblings, Shirley "Babe" Mickle and Clifford "Peanut" LeSarge, Jr.; his sister-in-law Priscilla Mickle (Michael); and his stepbrother Ron Rebro.
He is survived by: his former wife Anna M. Elkins (Christophersen); his wife Ann; his children, Merilee Mickle of Ishpeming, MI, Angela Robinson (John) of Champion, MI, Anthony Mickle (Candy) of Cloquet, MN and Alissa Mickle of Poplar, WI; his stepsons, Christopher J. "Jim" Elkins of Cable, WI and David Elkins of Drummond, WI; his siblings, Calvin Mickle (Linda) of Deer River, MN, Dwayne Mickle (Marianna) of Cleeberg, Germany, Michael "Mick" Mickle of Soudan, MN, Darwin "Peanut" Mickle (Julie) of Tower, MN and Larry LeSarge (Lynn) of Newburg, OR; and his stepsisters, Cheryle "Gidget" Brooks (Edd) of Fridley, MN, Marlene Stewart of Grafton, WI and Barbara Rose (Steve) of Hales Corners, WI. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
