He is survived by: his mother Doris Lubach (Hanke); his wife Georgene Lubach; his sons, Tyler, Ryan, Nick Lubach and Kyle Cady; and his siblings, Dennis Lubach (Judy), Jeff Lubach (Peggy), Nancy Klobucher (Jim), Debbie Spindler and Sandy Schneider (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Tim's name.
