He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Pennell and Bernice Pennell (Weber). He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Pennell of Plymouth; his grandson Ean Pennell; his siblings, Linda Pennell of Sheboygan Falls, Ronald Pennell of Plymouth, Laura Pennell of Kiel, Roland Pennell of Plymouth, Carole Pennell of Plymouth, Gerald Pennell (Jennifer) of Sheboygan Falls and Steve Pennell of Plymouth; his close friend Sherrell Dean of Plymouth; his granddaughter Aaliyah Nicole Godfrey Pennell; and his brother James Pennell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Bob's name for the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Foundation.
