She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Nikolai; and her brother John Moffat. She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Iseler and Julie Knox (Stuart Jackson); her grandchildren, Vivian, Glenn Iseler, Finley and Evelyn Jackson; her brother George Moffat (Moira); and her sister-in-law Lynn Moffat. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund for The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is being established in Ann's name.
