He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Rau and Ethel Rau (Rausch). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Murray; his sons, Randall (Rebecca), Richard (Billie) and Ryan (Jocelyn); his grandchildren, Garret (Emily), Gretchen (Ashton), Gwen, Andrew, Ethan, Della, Lana, Morrison, Avit and Nat; and his sister Delores Bennett (Ralph). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Leroy's name to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
