He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Meidl and Agnes Meidl (Lemberger); his wife Gisela; and his siblings, Monica, Rita, Sally, MaryAnn, Elaine and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his children, Sandi Foster (Steve) of Perdido Beach, AL, Richard Meidl of Manitowoc, Joseph Meidl (Staci) of Plymouth and Cindy Meidl of Wabeno; his grandchildren, Brittani of Joseph, Jenny, Patrick, Angie, Cary, Adam, Amy and Amanda; and his siblings, Sandy and Roger. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Joseph's name to Allay Hospice.
