John L. Ostdiek O.F.M. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John L. Ostdiek O. F. M. (Plymouth, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2024 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ostdiek and Dora Ostdiek (Rempe); and his siblings, Mildred Ostdiek Herz, Sr. and Arthur Ostdiek. He is survived by: his siblings, Anita Ostdiek Conway, Arnold Ostdiek, Francis Ostdiek, Jovita Ostdiek Schneider and Clara Lou Ostdiek Bricher; and also Franciscan.
